Our Vision is College Access For All
Col Philip A Bossert Jr Excellence in Leadership Scholarship Ltd Access Program believes every student can attend and graduate from college.
Based in the Rio Grande Valley, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that teaches college access classes during the instructional day, after school, and over the summer. also provides one-on-one college coaching sessions, awards scholarships, and partners with community organizations to expand opportunities for students from all backgrounds.
